The Alchemist Dinner

In The Plant, there is always free choice of catering supplier, so guests can have a dining experience that matches wishes and budget. This evening, acclaimed chef Rasmus Munk and his team from the two-star Michelin restaurant Alchemist took over the kitchen, serving up an extraordinary gastronomic experience. Exclusive produce and creative serves included bird's feet, butterflies and luminescent cocktails, while projections on the raw walls and curtains underpinned the universe for which the restaurant is known. The 80 guests of the evening received an experience beyond the ordinary both in terms of food, wine and entertainment throughout from singers, violinists and gospel choirs.
