Conference and dinner

For this all-day conference, our 1000m2 large venue constituted a plenary hall with school desk setup and stage at the end of the room. A large LED screen, with attached support screens further down the room, was used for presentations throughout the day. Later, the day was rounded off with an atmospheric dinner in the Tower, where the participants could network and turn the day's inputs into cozy and informal settings.
